All transactions at ABC Matrimony will be handles using Wallet System. Any payments done will be added to you wallet, from where the services can be availed by the registrants.
Below are circumtances where refunds will be eligible.
- Could not contact the purchased profile
- We will be verify the contact number of the purchaesed profile, if we are not able to reach them within 7 days the pruchased profile amount (Rs.50) will be addded back to the wallet.
- Mutliple Online Payments on the website
- Incase if the user have done multiple online payments unknowingly, then the the duplicate payments will be refunded in the next 7 days. Also the duplicate payments must have happened within same date.
Any other circumtances will not be eligible for refunds. Some of the most common questions about refund are list below
- Wallet Refund
- Amount added to wallet will not be refunded at any cost except the above discussed cases.
- Wallet Transfer
- Amount on one wallet can not be transferred to another wallet
- Wallet Validity
- Wallet is valid for 1 Year from the date of the last payment
- Profiles Not Matched / Finalized
- No refund is available if the purchased profile is not matching your horoscope or family or not finalized by either side
- Purchased Profile Not Responding or not providing needed information
- No refund is available for the non reponse or in completed information shared by the purchased profile.
- Note : During purchase it is always mentioned "No Jathagam", "No Photos" tags if the profile is not having them.
